Hosting a Shake Party.

Are you wanting to kick off your Herbalife business, but don't exactly know where to start? Hosting a shake party of your very own is the perfect way! Here are a few simple steps to get you started...

Planning
-Pick a date and time. Although some might be more available on the weekend try and get everyone together after a long tiresome work day. After trying the products they won't be able to deny the difference in energy they will feel that evening.
-Invite! Invite as many people as you can. Everyone you know should know about this! Say you invite 40 people at the very minimum, expect approximately 15 to accept your invitation and 10-12 to ultimately show up. If you know any other Herbalife Distributors in your area, invite them as well. They can provide valuable product testimonials and help with demonstrations.
-Remind them. People are busy and some are just forgetful. Call/text/email them and remind them. Not only will you remind them but you can get them excited! It's as simple as send out a quick note like such as; Hi there! I can't wait for you to try these delicious smoothies Thursday evening...Hope you're having a great week! See you soon.

Pre Party
-Be prepared. Have all of your materials ready to go.

  • Blender
  • Napkins
  • Cups
  • All ingredients to prepare enough smoothies for all to try two different recipes. It's important that they know the ease of creating a smoothie, but also the enormous variety that you can create.
  • Herbal Tea Concentrate (prepared and ready to pour)
  • Protein Bars (cut into sample sizes)
  • Business cards
  • Health Questioners & pens
  • Catalogs

At the Party
-Itinerary. Stick to a schedule to keep your guests’ focus:
     1. Hand out Health & Wellness Questionnaires
     2. Demonstrate how quick and easy it is to make a shake
     3. Hand out shake, protein bar and herbal tea samples
     4. Give a personal product testimonial
     5. Conduct a Q & A session
     6. Develop personalized plans for interested guests
     7. Take orders
     8. Book follow up appointments with customers or interested guests
9.Hand out business cards and thank your guests for attending.

After the Party
Proper follow-up is extremely important. Conduct your scheduled appointments
with customers on time and reach out to guests who may have been interested,
but ultimately didn't purchase any product. It’s not uncommon for guests to
change their minds once they've had some time to think things over.

I hope this gets you inspired and prepared to host your own Shake Party!
