WLC - Exercise


We are now entering our week on exercising! There is no escaping this no matter how hard you try. You want results? You have to put in the work. First, let's congratulate the people who we saw less of this week...Congratulations are in order to the following:

You may feel as we are in the beginning of the holiday season you have a disadvantage in this round of Weight Loss Challenges, but in fact it is just the opposite. Forming habits of exercise, portion control and healthy eating can still happen. Even it's a little chilly in the mornings or there is a table full of desserts sitting out a holiday party. You can do it. Do you not get discouraged! Your healthier lifestyle will soon become second nature for you.
